OVERVIEW
Complex Interventional Cardiovascular Therapy (CICT) is organized by Gaffney Events and would be held during Jul 21 - 22, 2017 at The Fairmont Hotel, San Francisco, California, United States of America.
The target audience for this medical event for Interventional Cardiologists, Cardiology Fellows, along with Cath Lab Nurses and Technicians and other medical professionals who care for patients undergoing catheter-based cardiovascular interventions. This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 16.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
Overview :
The goal of the 2017 CICT Conference is to promote high quality, efficient, patient-centered decision-making in the field of Interventional Cardiovascular Medicine. The conference content is geared towards presenting the most up-to-date evidence, case presentations, debates, and most importantly one-on-one interaction between the faculty and attendees. The content of this meeting will address a broad range of complex cardiovascular interventional topics that still present a challenge to the clinician with respect to choosing the appropriate therapy (surgery vs. catheter-based therapy) and with respect to using optimal technique to ensure the safety and efficacy of the procedure.
Conference Objectives are :
Upon conclusion of this program, participants should be able to :
• Demonstrate patient-centered evidence-based decision-making at the individual patient level.
• Acquire the skill set necessary to triage patients with complex coronary and structural heart disease to surgical vs. endovascular intervention.
• Learn cognitive and technical skills to maximize success and reduce complications in complex cardiovascular interventions.
• Identify best practices to prevent and manage complications in coronary and structural heart disease interventions.
