Breast Imaging and Optional Mini-Course 2017

Breast Imaging and Optional Mini-Course is organized by University of California San Francisco (UCSF) and would be held during Jan 8 - 13, 2017 at Fairmont Orchid Hawaii - Waimea, Hawaii, United States of America. The target audience for this medical event is basically for radiologist who specializes in breast imaging or who practices general diagnostic radiology including breast imaging. It is intended to provide an overview and update on clinically relevant topics in mammography, including recent developments in diagnostic imaging of the breast. This cme conference has been approved with 20.5 CME credits.

Course Objectives
At the completion of this course, the attendee should be able to :
• Understand and utilize BI-RADS appropriately
• Follow a skillful and practical approach to performing and interpreting mammography, breast tomosynthesis and breast MRI
• Understand controversial mammographic screening guidelines and implications

This course satisfies the continuing medical education requirement for MQSA in breast imaging.
