Australian & New Zealand Society for Geriatric Medicine (ANZSGM) Annual Scientific Meeting is organized by Australian and New Zealand Society for Geriatric Medicine (ANZSGM) and would be held during May 10 - 12, 2017 at Energy Events Centre, Rotorua, Bay of Plenty, New Zealand. The Target Audience fro this event basically Geriatricians.
Our meeting theme, "Older People’s Care through Community, Collaboration & Communication", will showcase successes and challenges in the provision of accessible, efficient and co-ordinated care for older adults in both acute and community settings. We are delighted to have Professor John Young, Head of the Academic Unit of Elderly Care & Rehabilitation, University of Leeds as a keynote speaker. He has an established record of addressing key, clinically relevant questions in elderly care and stroke. Also, speaking is Professor Ngaire Kerse, Head of School of Population Health at The University of Auckland who is a leading researcher into the epidemiology of ageing in rural NZ.
