Course Description :
The fields of Anesthesiology and Critical Care are changing, and our roles around the world are shifting. No longer is the Anesthesiologist bound to the operating room. Anesthesiologists are at the core of the modern hospital – and beyond. For this reason we chose our theme for this 24th International Congress “Anesthesia in the Modern Era: Anytime, Anywhere”. We provide care in all areas of the hospital, we participate in a multitude of new interventional procedures, and enable modern high quality healthcare to be provided in a safe, and painless manner.

A unique and wonderful aspect of our 2017 meeting is that the European Society of Anesthesiologists has chosen to conduct its Annual Focus meeting in conjunction with our meeting. The 2-day ESA Focus meeting, dedicated to regional anesthesia, will follow our 2-day conference. We have a great team working to make this a truly memorable meeting, and I look forward to meeting you in Tel Aviv, in November 2017.
