University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) Transplant: Building Bridges to Excellence is organized by University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) and would be held during Sep 29 - 30, 2016 at Hotel Nikko San Francisco, San Francisco, California, United States of America. The target audience for this medical event are basically for health care professionals who care for pre and post transplant patients, transplant nurses, coordinators, administrators, nurses, advanced practice nurses, pharmacists, social workers, and all members of the health care team who are interested in improving their clinical practice or patient management during transplantation. This CME conference has been approved with a maximum of 12.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

This medical course will illustrate and examine the impact of transplantation on the lives of patients, their families and the donor families for the community health provider, examine the latest developments in transplant management to optimize patient outcomes.
