The Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) Scientific Sessions 2016 is organized by Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions (SCAI) and would be held during May 04 - 07, 2016 at Hyatt Regency Orlando, Orlando, Florida, United States of America. • Provide an overview of the latest science, clinical evidence, challenges and opportunities within the field of interventional cardiology;
• Discuss the safety and efficacy of newly developed devices and therapies for treatment of cardiovascular disease to improve early and late clinical outcomes after coronary/peripheral/structural heart disease interventions;
• Recognize the appropriate diagnostic studies for evaluation of acute coronary syndromes and review new pharmacologic and interventional approaches to management of pts with ACS;
• Emphasize the importance of implementing quality-based practices including appropriate use criteria, ACC / AHA / SCAI guidelines, consistent documentation and assignment of quality metrics for interventional procedures;
• Assess the latest techniques, technologies, and therapies (medical and interventional) for structural heart disease, congenital heart disease and peripheral vascular disease.
