Sydney Cancer Conference is organized by Arinex Pty Ltd and would be held during Sep 22 - 23, 2016 at Australian Technology Park, Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. The targeted audience for this medical meeting basically for oncologists.
The program will be split into 9 symposia covering the breadth of cancer research. In each session will be 3 national leading researchers and 2/3 oral presentations chosen from abstracts with an emphasis on early career researchers and post-graduate student presentations.
The theme of the conference is “Bridging research and practice”, which reflects the various elements of cancer research along the translational research continuum. The program will feature all areas of cancer research – basic biomedical, public health, clinical and psychosocial – making the latest information and research available to delegates.
SCC2016 will foster the development of our future generation of cancer researchers, and provide a national forum to showcase emerging research and areas of strength in cancer research in NSW.
A program highlight will be the Translational Research Workshop which will discuss current research examples that highlight the challenges/barriers for translational research. It will allow delegates to develop strategies with current national and local leaders to overcome these issues to provide novel avenues of cancer research.
