Medical Record Keeping Course 2016 is organized by University of California, San Diego and would be held during Oct 27 - 28, 2016 at Sheraton Mission Valley San Diego Hotel, San Diego, California, United States Of America. The targeted audience for this medical event basically for Physicians, Healthcare Professionals.
The Medical Record Keeping Course is an intensive two-day CPD/CME program designed to help the physician improve charting behavior and documentation in the medical record. This program uses hands-on, interactive, personalized and didactic instruction.
The course was designed in response to numerous requests from state medical boards, risk management groups and hospitals to teach proper medical charting methodology and billing practices. This CME conference has been approved with 17 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.
