CME Activity Objectives

2. Explore reasons and identify signs leading to physician and staff burnout and how organizations are helping to mitigate this trend and promote wellbeing
3. Initiate dialogue with medical and administrative staff to make practice-level changes to improve patient access, efficient workflow and patient care.
4. Engage patients and families in meaningful discussions on ways to improve the patient experience.
5. Promote collaboration across disciplines to share best practices and to overcome silos in practice.
