Long Term Care for Practicing Clinicians – Controversies in Long Term Care is organized by Ontario Long Term Care Clinicans (OLTCC) and would be held during Oct 21 - 23, 2016 at Sheraton Centre Toronto Hotel, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. The target audeince for this medical event basically for physicians, nurse practitioners, pharmacists and other colleagues.

The theme for this year's conference, “Controversies in Long Term Care” will address emerging topics such cannabis use and medical assistance in dying.

This year’s focus is on “Controversies in Long Term Care”. Highlights include sessions on Physician-Assisted Death, Marijuana Prescribing, Chronic Pain Management, and Anti-Psychotic De-prescribing Guidelines as well as clinical sessions on sleep medication, chronic kidney disease, and diabetes. This CME conference has been approved with 17.5 Mainpro+ credits.
