OVERVIEW

This program will prepare you for the challenges of leading complex health care organizations by developing your conflict resolution, operational analysis, employee management, quality improvement, change management, performance improvement, financial management, and leadership skills. As a participant, you will gain insight into and develop the skills required to lead effectively in the dynamic and fast-changing field of health care.
