International Society for Diseases of the Esophagus (ISDE) 15th World Congress

International Society for Diseases of the Esophagus (ISDE) 15th World Congress is organized by International Society for Diseases of the Esophagus and would be held during Sep 19 - 21, 2016 at The MAX Atria, Singapore.

At the 15th World Congress of the ISDE, the learning objectives are:

• Understand the pathogenesis and etiology of common esophageal disorders.
• Emphasize the differences in the epidemiology and surveillance of Barrett’s esophagus between the West and the East.
• Promote high level of interaction between disciplines and continents on the management of benign and malignant esophageal conditions including GERD, hiatus hernia, eosinophilic esophagitis, achalasia, Barrett’s esophagus and esophageal carcinoma.
• Describe the use of various techniques in the evaluation and treatment of esophageal motility disorders.
• Optimize neoadjuvant treatment regimen and advanced esophageal cancer surgery for esophageal carcinoma.
• Explain the approaches to the management of unresectable esophageal cancer and palliation for disseminated esophageal cancer.
