• Identify barriers to prescribing lifestyle medicine and develop strategies to promote behavioral changes in patients with T2DM and/or obesity.
• Evaluate the clinical data for new and emerging oral agents for T2DM and obesity and apply appropriate treatment strategies.
• Assess the clinical data for new and emerging injectable therapies for T2DM and obesity and apply appropriate treatment strategies.
• Develop and apply treatment strategies that mitigate the risk of cardiovascular disease in T2DM patients.
