The target audience for this medical event are basically for Physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, and nurses in the emergency and critical care and other health care professionals. This CME conference has been approved with a maximum of 5.50 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits.

This conference is designed to provide strategies that health care professionals can use in caring for the acute needs of bariatric patients.

Conference Objectives :
• Discuss indications for, complications of, and durability of Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) for GERD after sleeve gastrectomy
• Describe the pro’s and con’s of various operative strategies
• Review the interrelationship between obesity and sleep disorders
• List current treatment options for GERD after weight loss surgery, beyond RFA
• Describe techniques, indications and contraindications for endoscopic interventions for leaks and fistulas after weight loss surgeries (WLS)
• Describe new methods for treating pain and nausea after sleeve gastrectomy.
