Clinical Audit Masterclass is a one-day course that provides delegates with a full understanding of the clinical audit process and includes information and advice on how to carry out clinical audit to an advanced level.
In recent years clinical audit has gained momentum primarily as it enables individuals, teams and NHS providers to measure how current care compares to best practice. Evidence of effective clinical audit is expected at many levels, starting with doctors who must demonstrate successful involvement in quality improvement and clinical audit projects to meet their revalidation requirements through to NHS Trusts that must publish Quality Accounts, take part in mandatory national audits and show the Care Quality Commission that audit is improving patient care.
