The overall goal of this program is to enhance participants’ knowledge and competencies by providing the latest developments and tools available to improve the delivery of quality post-acute/long-term care medicine.

Learning Objectives :

Each year, the program committee works to formulate a program that provides cutting-edge, evidence-based, unbiased education relevant to the spectrum of professionals in the post-acute/long-term care setting.
