7th Istanbul Microneurosurgery Course - Part 1and 2 is organized by Aesculap Academia Sheffield and Would be held during Jun 15 - 24 ,2016 at Yeditepe University Hospital, Istanbul, Marmara, Turkey. The targeted audience for this medical event basically for neurosurgeons, surgeons, neurologists.
Istanbul Microneurosurgery Course is consisted of 2 parts. It is designed for Neurosurgeons and Neuroscientists.
In the first part “Microvascular Anastomosis” is demonstrated and practiced on rat. Second part of the course starts with “Hands-on white matter dissection of human brain” that allows the participants to study the three-dimensional architecture of the human brain.
In this course we try to provide the participant with the basics of Fiber dissection technique which opens the door to understand the complex anatomy and connections of the white matter tracts.
Part 1: Hands on Microvascular Anastomosis

It will be held on Jun 15 - 18 ,2016. The great teacher of microsurgery "Rosmarie Frick" will lead the participants in learning the key points of micro suturing, vascular anastomosis and micro dissection with her worldwide known well organised and disciplined program.
Part 2 : Hands On White Matter Dissection And Live Surgery
It will be held on Jun 19 - 24 ,2016.This part continues with live surgery sessions, which also includes lectures and case discussions by worldwide renowned and highly regarded faculty members.In first three days the Participants will experience the three dimensional anatomy of the human brain through white matter dissection workshop.
