14th Annual CME Symposium- HIV Management 2016 is organized by IMPACT ID-Improving Approaches to care and treatement and would be held during May 5-6, 2016 at New york, USA. This targeted audience for this medical event /meeting for Infectious Disease Physicians, General Practitioners, Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Nurses, Pharmacists.
This advanced CME activity will provide participants with the latest information and practical guidance from internationally recognized experts on pathogenesis, progress in antiretroviral drug development, patient management in special circumstances, and comorbidities, enabling practitioners to deliver the highest quality care in all practice settings.
The primary goals of this activity are to increase each attendee's competence to:
• Recognize developments in approaches to prevent and cure HIV infection and end the AIDS epidemic
• Illustrate advances in HIV treatment, how to approach unresolved treatment decisions, and how to deal with viral resistance
• Demonstrate management approaches for women who are pregnant or planning pregnancy
• Assess the role of immune activation in comorbidities, including interventions for the underlying immune activation and its clinical consequences
• Recognize concerns and new treatment options for patients coinfected with hepatitis C
• Identify and appropriately manage common comorbid conditions in HIV patients, eg, cardiovascular disease, sexually transmitted diseases and malignancies.
