Population Health Congress 2015

The 3rd Population Health Congress is the combined energy of four of Australia’s leading health promotion organizations: Public Health Association Australia, Australasian Epidemiological Association, Australasian Faculty of Public Health Medicine and Australian Health Promotion Association.

This 3-day event, which takes place in Hobart, Tasmania, from 6-9 September 2015, is expected to attract over 800 population health professionals. This year’s Congress theme, ‘One vision, many voices’ seeks to bring together health care professionals from across Australasia to unite on the critical issues of population health thinking.
