OVERVIEW
The Pain Care for Primary Care meeting is intended for physicians in family practice, internal medicine, neurology, and rheumatology, as well as advanced practice nurses and physician assistants working in pain or primary care. Pain Care for Primary Care (PCPC) is dedicated to helping primary care physicians, advanced practice nurses, and physician assistants improve care for their patients experiencing pain and pain-related symptoms. Our faculty is comprised of nationally known experts in the field, each chosen for their unique expertise in the field of pain care. New this year Pain Care for Primary Care will offer a complimentary REMS Course on Saturday, July 25.
As a primary care professional, you treat patients in pain every day. The information presented at this meeting will provide you with an opportunity to enhance your clinical care and acquire additional skills in treating patients who present with pain and pain-related symptoms. This meeting is intended to meet the clinical and educational needs of clinicians in the primary care setting and selected specialties, such as non-pain specialists who recognize the importance and challenges associated with treating patients in pain.
