Pacific Coast Surgical Association (PCSA) 86th Annual Meeting

The theme of the Meeting will be “Disparities in Access to Surgical Care”. They will discuss Global Surgery in the Presidential Address and highlight the educational activities fostered by our PCSA at the Muhumbili University of Health Allied Sciences in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. Dr. Richard Cooper will be the invited Presidential Speaker and will discuss the impact of the Affordable Care Act on Access to Surgical Care. Following Dr. Cooper’s presentation, there will be a “Town Hall Meeting” to allow our Members to discuss their views with Dr. Cooper and other national surgical leaders.
