Maintenance of Certification in Anesthesiology (MOCA) (December 5, 2015)

Upon completion of the course, participants should be able to:

1. Practice clinical skills and effective utilization of resources in a safe learning environment.
2. Reflect on individual and team effectiveness relating to the management of critical events involving hemodynamic and respiratory instability
3. Identify teamwork, leadership and communication skills necessary to successfully manage a crisis
4. Recognize areas of improvement and develop a practice improvement plan at their home institution.
