Improving Mental Health Crisis Care (Apr 2015)

This conference focuses on improving mental health crisis care. Through national updates, case studies and perspectives from service users the conference will look at early intervention to prevent people reaching crisis point, delivering the new mental health crisis care concordat, working in partnership to improve crisis care, delivering 24/7 crisis care, commissioning effective crisis services, learning from user led crisis services and measuring outcomes in crisis care. There will also be a focus on improving control and restraint practice for those in crisis and a look at the urgent care review and ensuring parity of esteem.
