Emirates Diabetes and Endocrine Congress

Every year the EDS congress targets Diabetes and Endocrine diseases and in this effort The Emirates Diabetes Society provides programs covering endocrine related diseases as well as highlight diabetes as an epidemic in the region.

Diabetes currently affects 246 million people across the globe and is expected to affect 380 million by 2025 (Ref. International Diabetes Federation). Against such a backdrop, it becomes ever more important for medical authorities on Diabetes worldwide to come together more often to better understand, educate and impart relevant trainings to counter its spread and to develop new improved ways to offer medical care to all those suffering from it.

Emirates Diabetes Society takes the mantle to educate and continue the training for the medical fraternity with the ever popular Emirates Diabetes & Endocrine Congress which has been in the country for the last four years.
