ELeadership for Technical Professionals: Theories, Application, and Practice

The objective of this course is to bridge the gap between various leadership theories and their application and practice in real world organizations. The course highlights strenghts and weaknesses associated with each leadership theory though case studies and help professionals nurture self -leadership by adopting best leadership practices in their organizations.
