Definitive Surgical Trauma Skills (DSTS) 2015

The course teaches you how to make life saving decisions and perform under pressure in a trauma and emergency environment. You will learn about decision making, epidemiology and emerging technologies, and will cover the essentials of the relevant surgical anatomy including demonstrations on real anatomical surgical prosections.

With the assistance of experienced faculty, you will explore the different surgical exposures for thoracic, abdominal and vascular injuries, and their subsequent repair.
