Changing Practice to Improve Safety

As part of our continued commitment to 'Sharing Expertise' we are delighted to invite you to our ninth pharmacy workshop, dedicated to providing insight, information and guidance in relation to improving patient safety with injectable medicines.

This workshop will take place on Wednesday 4th November at The International Convention Centre, Birmingham. The format for the workshop will be to provide a platform for the sharing of information and the stimulation of discussion on the best ways that trusts can act in order to improve patient safety.
