American Society of Functional Neuroradiology (ASFNR) 9th Annual Meeting 2015

The American Society of Functional Neuroradiology is proud to present its 9th Annual Meeting. This 2 ½ day meeting will feature a series of focused sessions with didactic lectures and panel discussions by nationally and internationally recognized experts as well as original research in the form of oral and poster presentations.

A broad range of cutting-edge topics in functional neuroradiology, including BOLD functional brain mapping, diffusion imaging, diffusion tensor imaging, perfusion and permeability imaging will be featured. The scientific program will consist of lectures and panel discussions aimed at updating attendees on the current status of functional and physiologic imaging techniques, current controversies in the field, and promising new techniques. A review of cutting-edge special topics including resting state fMRI, advanced diffusion imaging, stroke imaging, concussion imaging, connectomics, tumor radiomics, the origins of the BOLD signal, MR imaging of oxygen extraction, imaging of neurovascular coupling, emerging functional techniques, and functional data analysis using machine learning methods will also be presented.
