Advances in Neurology and Neurosurgery (May, 2015)

The clinical neurosciences are undergoing rapid changes in the diagnosis and treatment of neurological disorders, particularly those concerning surgical treatment options. This course is designed for neurologists, internists, family practitioners, neurosurgeons, pain management and rehabilitation specialists, oncologists and allied healthcare professionals to increase awareness of both established and emerging treatment options for brain tumors, epilepsy, degenerative neurological disorders such as Alzheimer’s disease, spinal disorders, and stroke management.

The program will present the treatment options in an interdisciplinary fashion using plenary lectures and case presentations. This symposium will offer participants an opportunity to engage in interactive discussions with renowned faculty who are involved with initiating these neurological advances.
