Musculoskeletal Ultrasound Workshop 2014

This two-day conference will provide an intermediate to advanced level of exposure to musculoskeletal ultrasound. By attending this workshop, you will improve your knowledge of ultrasound including diagnostic scanning and state-of-the-art techniques in ultrasound-guided procedures, which will improve patient outcomes.

Expert faculty will direct you in understanding how to optimize ultrasound machine settings for diagnostic and interventional techniques using various devices. You will also have the opportunity to demonstrate and improve your skills using live models. The newest procedures for joint aspirations and injections will be reviewed with both cadavers and animal tissue samples. Clinicians with no experience are welcome to attend, but are encouraged to prepare by reading and acquiring basic ultrasound skills before the event.
