My ideal is when you go into a hospital there is a named consultant responsible for your whole stay.. if Im the patient I want to know where the buck stops – named nurse and named consultant… ideally people are seeing the same doctors and nurse, restoring the doctor/patient relationship, seeing the same clinician they saw last time."
