OVERVIEW
The Academic Skills Workshop, jointly sponsored by the AGA Institute and American Association for the Study of Liver Diseases, is designed to equip junior faculty and fellows with essential information to help them navigate and succeed in the highly competitive field of medical academia.
By providing an enriching learning opportunity and career/life guidance via mentor-mentee pairings, the workshop specifically targets building the skills necessary for a productive career in basic science or clinical research related to gastroenterology and hepatology.
