9th National Organization of Rheumatology Managers (NORM) annual conference

The NORM organization is an invaluable resource. On many occasions, news regarding biologics or carrier decisions and rule changes is disseminated through the list-serve well in advance, allowing me to make smart decisions about how I manage my practice.I truly cannot say enough about how wonderful the annual conferences are. The breakout sessions are tremendous. It is obvious the committee spends a great deal of time and effort in planning these events to run as smoothly and as efficiently as they do.

The sessions have been very informative and I have brought back tools to use in the day to day management of the practice. There are so many sessions to choose from it is sometimes hard to decide which session to attend. I am very grateful they offer some sessions at multiple times, allowing me to attend and listen to so many amazing speakers. I am very thankful to be a member of such a wonderful organization.
