9th International Workshop on HIV Transmission Principles of Intervention

The HIV Transmission Workshop will take place just before the HIV Research for Prevention 2014: AIDS Vaccine, Microbicide and ARV-based Prevention Science meeting (28-31 October) also in Cape Town and is pleased to collaborate with the HIV Research for Prevention 2014 meeting. The main objectives of this meeting are to provide a forum for basic scientists, clinicians, virologists, epidemiologists and public health officials to present and to discuss the various aspects of the transmission of HIV. The ultimate goal of the meeting is the integration of efforts from all relevant disciplines in order to constrain the spread of (drug-resistant) HIV.
