Recognize that most large colon polyps can be successfully removed endoscopically and that surgery is required in only a minority of cases. State the approaches to cannulate the bile duct and maintain access using various techniques and equipment platforms. Discuss the role of diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopic ultrasonography in the management of pancreatic and biliary pathology such as cysts, tumors and pseudocysts.
