OVERVIEW
This course is designed to provide a review of current trends in the practice of orthopaedic surgery, as it relates to the treatment of hip disorders in adults. This conference is intended to update the knowledge base of practicing Orthopaedic Surgeons and Allied Health Providers.
At the conclusion of this conference, the participant should be able to:
Add to the participants’ knowledge of adult hip reconstruction;
Generate an understanding of hip arthroscopy;
Add to the participants’ knowledge of hip preservation techniques;
Add to the participants’ knowledge of value in joint replacement surgery;
Add to the participants’ knowledge of the use of stem cells in the treatment of osteoarthritis.
