The academic and professional program has always been the centrepiece of our conferences, but an equally important part is the networking activities we organise outside the formal program. Over the years many delegates have forged professionallinks with other practitioners arising out of meeting for the first time at the conferences.

The informal networks established have led to a mutual referring of clients and, through being aware of other practitioners’ specialties; practitioners have gained access to professional resources which previously would have been either inaccessible or unknown.

Delegates have also reported that the informal interaction with other delegates has led to the cross-pollination of ideas, exchange of methodologies and an enhancement of professional camaraderie among fellow practitioners.

Many delegates are now coming to these conferences as individuals because of the camaraderie and networking events associated with the conferences.
