OVERVIEW
This one day CME accredited educational course will focus on challenging aspects, as well as, significant updates on lung cancer screening, work-up, diagnosis, staging and treatment. Lectures will be given by recognized experts who will address in a multidisciplinary format evidence-based standards of care, diagnostic and treatment paradigms and controversial areas in management. Challenging case presentations, provided by recognized clinical experts, will provide the foundation of the four major didactic sessions encompassing screening and initial evaluation, management of early stage disease with a focus on the borderline treatment candidate, multidisciplinary management of locally advanced disease and review of major advances in the treatment of advanced disease. A keynote presentation, given by an internationally recognized thought leader, will review major updates from the ASCO meeting. The four didactic sessions, and attendee participation and interaction will be facilitated through Q&A, interactive panel discussions and case presentations.
