APSNA 22nd Annual Scientific Conference: Sailing to New Horizons

We invite healthcare professionals involved in innovative projects/case studies/reports or original evidence-based research related to pediatric surgical nursing to submit an abstract for poster or oral presentation to share at the APSNA Annual Scientific Conference. Only original abstracts will be considered (not previously published or presented prior to submitting to APSNA). Submission of an abstract constitutes a commitment by the author to present a poster OR oral presentation, if accepted. Poster presentations will take place on Monday, April 29—May 2, 2013, during our Welcome Reception and throughout the conference at the Marco Island Marriott Beach Resort, Golf Club & Spa Conference Center, Marco Island, FL. All posters will be displayed together in the exhibit area. Further information regarding the date for oral presentations will be provided, when accepted. Keep in mind that oral presentations will be time limited and should be contained to 10 minutes or less.

We ALSO invite speakers to present at our general sessions. Preference is given to novel topics that are supported by a strong needs assessment or gaps in knowledge. Speakers are expected to be an expert on the topic presented, provide evidence-based practice, and conform to the speaker guidelines supported by the APSNA Board of Directors.
