2013 Nephrology Update

This 2013 Nephrology Update will provide a general review and update of topics pertinent to clinical practices in all fields of nephrology. Every year emerging scientific data alters the understanding of pathophysiology, diagnosis, and management strategies for patients with kidney disease. This new research creates gaps in practitioners’ knowledge, competencies, and performance, resulting in less than optimal patient outcomes. To fill these gaps, the 2013 Nephrology Update includes reviews of the most up-to-date data and analyzes it for implications in clinical practice all presented by faculty experts.
