The 1st World NET Forum - A Forum on Basic, Translational & Global NET Aspects is organised by European Neuroendocrine Tumor Society (ENETS) and will be held from Mar 10 - 11, 2020 at Centre De Convencions Internacional De Barcelona (CCIB), Barcelona, Cataluna, Spain. Who can attend the conference? The conference is open to all ENETS members and to physicians, researchers and nurses working in a field related to neuroendocrine tumor disease as well as patient advocates. Description: This is a first-of-its-kind, premier initiative being hosted by ENETS in association with other leading international Societies devoted to neuroendocrine tumor diesease (i.e. NANETS, APNETS, and Societies in Latin America, Asia, China and Japan). This forum will take place on 10 and 11 March 2020 within the framework of the 17th Annual ENETS Conference. We have targeted the best neuroendocrine tumor disease (NET) researchers worldwide to attend the inaugural scientific component of the meeting in 2020. Aims and Objectives: This clinically oriented educational programme has been designed for medical or clinical oncologists who wish to improve their skills or those who are preparing for the national board exam. The programme will expose participants to a full spectrum of issues in clinical oncology and to practice-oriented training. The programme focuses on breast, gastro-intestinal, lung, genito-urinary, gynaecological, head and neck cancers. 13th ESO-EONS Masterclass in Oncology Nursing is organized by European Oncology Nursing Society (EONS) and will be held from Mar 21 - 26, 2020 at Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain. Course Description: The Masterclass in Oncology Nursing program is designed for European advanced cancer nurses as a multi-professional joint event. Five intensive days of full immersion in up-to-date oncology will create a collective spirit of teaching and learning to improving clinical skills and patient care. Nursing sessions are specific nursing-oriented sessions exploring specialist practice skills such as assessment and decision making, communication skills, complex symptom management, research in nursing, psychosocial consequences of cancer therapy to mention a few. Other sessions will provide the forum for reviewing and understanding the growing evidence base for nursing interventions and reflect on participant’s role in clinical leadership. Case studies will be presented by the participants and will explore nursing practice focusing on special aspects of care. IPVC 2020: 33rd International Papillomavirus Conference is organized by International Papillomavirus Society (IPVS), Kenes Group and will be held from Mar 23 - 27, 2020 at Centre Convencions Internacional Barcelona (CCIB), Barcelona, Cataluna, Spain. Description: The theme of the Conference is “Science and education for action against HPV”. Through workshops, lectures, oral and poster sessions presenting the latest research results, the program will cover papillomavirus (PV)-related topics from basic science to global health impact.
