If any doctor is planning to visit Australia for attending an event such as conference, seminar or meeting then he or she has to apply for one of the visitor’s visas which are listed below. Based on the passport which you hold it can be determined whether you can apply either online or you need to lodge a paper-based application.
- eVisitor [subclass 651] – It can be applied only online
- Electronic Travel Authority (ETA) [subclass 601] –It can also be applied only online
- ·Visitor Visa [subclass 600] – It can be applied either online or on paper based.
The above three can be applied based on the countries the doctors wanted to apply from, even though those three are visitor’s visas but based on the country they are from can be applied.
