Course Description: Do you ever wonder where to begin with your clients that have many needs? What is the leading area of concern? Why does it seem my treatments aren’t as effective as I anticipated? This workshop will enhance critical thinking skills and hands-on skills to facilitate therapists in using a problem-solving approach when treating children with complicated developmental challenges. Focus during the workshop will utilize critical thinking skills for evaluation and assessment from a neurodevelopmental, sensory and motor learning aspect. Using this approach will assist therapists in setting realistic and measurable goals that will drive treatment sessions resulting in more effective intervention.
