Xi-jun Wang PhD

Professor Xi Jun Wang, male, born in December 1961, got his pharmaceutical doctoral in Japan Hokkaido College of Pharmacy at 1998, and Chinese medicine prescription postdoctoral at 2002. Now, he is traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) professor, doctoral tutor, vice president of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine, China. He mainly engaged in research on the serum pharmacochemistry of TCM, metabolomics, and chinmedomics. In the early 1990s, he established the theory and method of serum pharmacochemistry of TCM. In the 21st century, he integrated serum pharmacochemistry of TCM with metabolomics technology, developed chinmedomics research strategy which made contributions in solving the key scientific issues on the discovery of syndrome/disease biomarkers, the effectiveness and safety of TCM.
