Tracy Shaw MS, Ed, RN, CEN, CCRN, CNRN, TCRN

Tracy Shaw has 30+ years of nursing experience with a primary clinical background in critical care. She has worked in emergency departments, intensive care and coronary care units, trauma services, and in free-standing emergency clinics. In addition to her bedside nursing positions, Ms. Shaw has been a clinical educator for over 20 years. She holds a master’s degree in adult learning and is board certified in emergency nursing, adult critical care nursing, and neuroscience nursing.

Tracy is currently practicing as a trauma coordinator in Des Moines, Iowa. In 2010, she started “Working Noodle Enterprises, LLC”, a business dedicated to nursing continuing education. Her love of learning and teaching is apparent in her enthusiastic and lively presentations. Ms. Shaw has the ability to make complex concepts more easily understandable through her use of visual metaphors and clinical examples.
