Theresa S. Ameri DNP, RN, CNE, CPN, FNP-BC

Dr. Ameri has presented at the National Nursing Staff Development Organization Convention, presented webinars for the Gannett Education Healthcare Division and presented for Nurse.com Career Day Continuing Education Program. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Georgetown University, School of Nursing and later received a Post-Master’s Certificate as a Family Nurse Practitioner. Dr. Ameri earned her Master of Science in Nursing at the University Of Virginia, School Of Nursing and received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice in May 2014 from George Washington University. Dr. Ameri’s professional interests include cancer survivorship in primary care, providing care to the underserved, nursing professional development and advocacy, and health policy. he is currently a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), American Nurses Association (ANA), National League for Nursing (NLN), as well as New Mexico Nurse Practitioner Council.
