Terry (Traolach S) Brugha is Professor of Psychiatry, Deputy Head, and Director of Research, Department of Health Sciences University of Leicester, Honorary Consultant Adult General Psychiatrist, Leicestershire Partnership NHS Trust. In 2008 the UK National Research Assessment Exercise (RAE2008) rated 95% of the Department’s research outputs as international in quality and 10% as in the highest world leading class.
