Biography :

Dr. Steven R Feldman, MD, PhD, is Professor of Dermatology, Pathology, and Public Health Sciences at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and Director of the Psoriasis Treatment Center at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in Winston-Salem, NC. He earned his MD and PhD degrees from Duke University in Durham, NC, and completed a dermatology residency at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and dermatopathology residency at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston.

Dr Feldman also leads the Center for Dermatology Research, a health services research centre whose mission is to improve the care of patients with skin disease. His chief clinical interest is psoriasis and his passion is to help guide how patients with psoriasis are treated. He has served on the Medical Board of the National Psoriasis Foundation and directed psoriasis education programs for the American Academy of Dermatology.
