Biography :

Stephen Kee, MD is Professor of Radiology and Chief of Interventional Radiology at UCLA Health. He received his MD from Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, served his internship in medicine and surgery at Jervis St. Hospital, residencies in radiology and internal medicine at Beaumont Hospital and his fellowships in interventional radiology at the Stanford University Medical Center and thoracic imaging at UC San Francisco School of Medicine.

Dr. Kee’s clinical interests are in: angioplasty, arterial recanalization, AV fistula, carotid stenting for stroke prevention, claudication, clot-dissolving to prevent pulmonary embolus, covered stents, deep vein thrombosis, hepatic interventions including chemoembolization, liver failure resulting in variceal bleeding or ascites, peripheral vascular disease, renal stenting for hypertension, rest pain treatment, RF ablation for liver cancers, thrombectomy, thrombolysis and transjugular intrahepatic portosystemic shunt (TIPS).
