Sally Perreault Darney MAT, PhD

Dr. Sally Perreault Darney is a senior scientist in the US Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Research and Development. After earning her Ph.D. in Anatomy and Reproductive Biology from the University of Hawaii in 1980 and postdoctoral reserach at The Johns Hopkins University, she conducted research in reproductive toxicology and epidemiology in the US EPA's Office of Research and Development. She currently helps set the EPA’s research agenda in environmental public health in areas related to reproductive function and healthy environments for children. This roll includes translation of research findings into risk characterization and public health practice. A believer in service, Sally is a Past-President of the American Society of Andrology and the Society for the Study of Reproduction, and a previous co-editor of the Journal of Andrology, and Associate Editor of Biology of Reproduction.
